447 Luna Tower is a completed 44-storey residential high-rise on Union Place in Colombo 2, developed by the Japanese group Belluna Co., Ltd. and built by Sanken Construction. The tower holds 202 apartments and is wrapped in a green-wall façade, with a landscaped arrival court set around a reflecting pond and frangipani trees. Homes span two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts, ranging in size from roughly 842 to 1,690 sq ft. Interiors are finished to an imported standard — Italian Marazzi tiling, Burma teak flooring, and Häfele and SEA Bauformat fittings in the kitchens and bathrooms. Residents share a rooftop infinity pool set high on the building, a gymnasium, a clubhouse, children's play space and landscaped grounds. Seven levels of parking sit within the podium, and the building runs 24-hour security with CCTV, fire detection and a central piped-gas supply. Union Place places the tower near the centre of Colombo, a short distance from the commercial district, the Beira Lake waterfront, and the city's main retail and dining.
