Capitol TwinPeaks is a 50-storey twin-tower landmark in Colombo 2, set on the waterfront beside Beira Lake a short walk from the city's commercial core. Built by Capitol Developers, part of the Sanken Group, the completed towers hold 475 apartments and are best known for the sky bridge linking their summits — billed as the highest in South Asia — where rooftop restaurants and bars look out over the city and ocean. Residences run from two- to four-bedroom layouts between 771 and 1,833 sq ft, finished to a high standard with full-height glazing that frames lake, city and sea views. Air conditioning, hot water and backup power come as standard, and a secure separate service entrance keeps deliveries and staff apart from residents. An amenity floor on Level 8 brings together an infinity pool, gym, yoga pavilion, games room, business centre, reading corner and a function hall with catering. At ground level, twin lobbies with reception and concierge sit alongside a coffee shop, mini-mart, pharmacy, salon and spa, and a laundry collection point — day-to-day essentials without leaving the building. Hospitals, schools, shopping, dining and transport are all within walking distance, and the development carries a green rating for sustainable design.
